Fractora and Forma together vs. Cool Sculpting Mini for double chin? (Photo)

Question

I'm looking at having some work done on my double chin. I have consulted with my PS and a local Aesthetics place in town. Both say Kybella isn't for me. My PS says chin lipo is too drastic and he isn't interested in performing that on me even though this is I think what I need. He recommends a weekly treatment of Factora and Forma for 6 weeks. The other place says Cool Sculpting mini would produce a nice result. I'm worried that neither will produce negligible results. Thoughts?

Liposuction under local is the only method to get that double chin looking better. Don't waste money on injectibles or freezing the fat that don't work. Get the neck fixed in 1 easy short day and enjoy the new you.

It is hard to ascertain based on photos alone since I usually have to feel the structures needing treatment. My instinct is that Kybella (3-4 vials) or liposuction would be best, and CoolSculpting would be an option but might require a central and two lateral treatment areas with the CoolMini. Our practice offers all three of them.We also do Fractora and that's mostly for skin tightening and not fat reduction so I don't think that's in your interest.

Thank you for your question and posting your photos. It would appear your double chin is due to the combination of mild skin laxity and submental fullness (fat). As such, treatment should be directed towards treating each of these contributing factors. I would recommend the combination of micro-liposuction to remove the adipose tissue with either FaceTite or J-Plasma for tissue and skin tightening. This one time procedure should give you a very nice result. Post-operatively, we have our patients come back in for lymphatic massage, Venus Legacy and acoustic wave treatments in the first weeks following your procedure. While there is a significant effect in the first few weeks following your treatment, it can take up to 6 months to see the full extent of improvement.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.

Fractora is not a weekly treatment.  sometimes I will wait several months between treatments.  The picture you show would improve with submental liposuction.  For tighening I would combine with FaceTite.
