Dermatologist won't inject more Kenalog into bump from lip lift scar - what are my options?

I have a tiny bump from a lip lift scar . Multiple different laser treatments, on small kenalog injection. I've consulted with two different derms who both said no to a second one because the risks of indentation. The bump bothers me greatly.
