If I do exosomes again will it cause a massive shed to where the treatment isn't beneficial?

For some patients, the treatment does more good than harm. For others, the treatment does more harm than good. You are correct that it’s difficult to find comments about massive shedding after PRP and massive shedding after microneedling and massive shedding after exosomes. It most certainly occurs. It’s challenging to know what to do if it does occur. Mild shedding is not always a worry but it’s strange to hear physicians say with massive shedding “oh this is normal and everything will recover”

There is a fine cut off for when we hit the panic button and say this treatment is not for a given patient. Certainly if hair is not better at month 6 than it was prior to treatment one should probably consider abandoning treatment. That said one needs super close follow up after massive shedding to make sure another diagnosis is not being missed and to figure out if starting another treatment is worth it at this point.
