Best Lipo for small scars: Airsculpt?

I'm curious which type of liposuction actually gives the smallest, least visible scars. Airsculpt claims to leave smaller scars but I've also read on Real Self that some doctors claim the "hole punch" technique used in Airsculpt does not heal as well as an incision that is stitched up. Can any doctors provide images of the scars left behind? Thank you

There are many variables that go into determining what scars look like after liposuction. Skin complexion is probably the number one variable.

I prefer to use a skin punch and make a round incision because it looks less surgical. The size of the initial incision does not necessarily correlate to the size of the final scar. Incision is often enlarged by a cannulas and the work that’s done.

Remember that several liters I fed asked to be removed over several hours through that tiny little hole so it’s going to get stretched out and beat up a bit.

In the end I would choose the surgeon that has the most skill and experience. This is in the end what’s the most important. With that comes the ability to make correct incisions in ideal places and still get the job done well.

I am afraid I cannot show you pictures of liposuction scars. After a few months, the scars are essentially invisible, so there is nothing to take a picture of. Like the results of liposuction itself, the scar depends on the surgeon and their attention to detail. Choose the surgeon, not the liposuction method.
