When one is considering jaw bone reduction for aesthetics/cosmetic surgery OR considering jaw implant augmentation for aesthetic/cosmetic results(not functional purposes); would it be a maxillofacial or craniofacial surgeon who will have the training for aesthetic jaw bone reduction or augmentatin?
