My face/jaw is too wide. What do I do?

I find that my face/jaw is so wide and square and I hate it and am so depressed over it. Im under 18 and I just I hate my wide face and stuff so bad that I have done nothing but cry. My dad is ok with anything as long as I am happy but my mom is 1000000% against anything cosmetic. What do I do I cant bare to wait two more years? Im so depressed I wish I had a narrow face
