Typically I recommend that my patients hold of on vigorous activity for a period of six weeks. This prevents the possibility of fluid formation which can be persistent or even get infected. The softness of your buttocks has to due with the lack of formation of fat necrosis (scarring) due to infection, pressure or graft packed too tightly Dr ES
Thanks for the question. After 6-8 weeks your surgery area is totally healed and yes you can dancing and also do other activities. I wish you all the best.
The critical time for healing of the liposuctioned areas and the transferred fat is the first six weeks. I do not recommend anything strenuous for that first 6 weeks. The results are worth the wait, believe me. Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA
Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well.I recommend my patients to wait at least 4-6 weeks before resuming their workout routine (cardio, lift, etc.).Lifting, cardio, squats and lunges after a BBL will only help increase muscle bulk and definition and achieve a more projected buttocks. If you have any concerns, I suggest you to follow up close with your plastic surgeon.Hope this is helpful. Good luck :)
