25 yr old m. got my top 4 veneers done around 17/18 bc I thought had an ugly smile. hadvery small gaps in front teeth that bothered me. When told about veneers I thought it was best news ever n would finally love my smile. was wrong. was young and stupid. hate how big my veneers are and how they are ALWAYS visible when talking. I feel like they look unnatural, thick, uncomfortable and top lip never covers which makes me conscious about even talking to people. Please advice I’m begging

Redoing the 4 anteriors will help adjust the shape and body of your current bulky veneers, however, without adding move veneers to the smile they may always seem wider than they should be.  A full cosmetic work up is needed to deliver the past plan moving forward.  Look for an experienced cosmetic dentist and tell them your complaints and listen to their solutions they can present.

Cosmetic Dentistry i Art....pick the right artist!
I would not initially consider you a veneer case for cosmetic correction.  If you are looking for a quick fix for just the four anterior veneers can work but proper tissues surrounding the veneers is needed.
You have a Chicklet issue where the width and length of the teeth,  especially 8 & 9 is out of proportion.
Ideally, crown lenthening is done prior to doing the veneers.  The concepts of Golden Proportion were broken in many ways.  Google "Golden Proportion Teeth" and go to images.  The gum tissue around 8 &( is a reverse smile.
You also have a very narrow maxillary arch with Dark Buccal Corridors by the cheeks.
It is possible to prosthetically create a pleasing smile but a minimum of 8 teeth need correction with 10 being ideal, to create a full wide smile.
The worst results are six teeth being veneered in a mouth like yours that never properly developed fully.
The narrow maxilla does not allow the teeth and bone to properly support the soft tissues of your face and you see the deep nasolabial grooves and uneven smile

A far better approach would be maxillary expansion with a DNA Appliance to create a full wide smile (and a better airway / improved posture) as a first step.

Expansion into a wide "U" shaped maxilla instead of narrow "V" shape improves airway and soft tissue support and often will correct gingival issues as proper development is completed.

My practice concentrates primarily on patients with chronic pain disorders, sleep disorders, TMD, Sinus issues, and migraines and secondarily on the cosmetic approaches.

If I was utilizing a prosthetic approach I would refuse to begin without a diagnostic wax-up that is transfered to your mouth to preview the case before picking up a bur.  I would suggest 10 teeth after gingival correction which might require bone recontouring as well.
