We don't offer PRP services so we can't tell you for certain that it won't work, but it is unlikely.We have a very athletic, high metabolism, African-American male patient seeking LHR of his scalp. We have treated him more than 20 times with our Vectus diode laser. We tried our normal protocols, but they had a very patchy effects on this very healthy male. We found treating every 2 to 2.5 weeks made a big difference. We think our patient just has a very high testosterone level. Luckily, his schedule allows him to drop in often for a 10 minute treatment. He will probably end up with 25-30 treatments. He bought a package of 6; we have covered the rest. I hope this helps.
