It’s also releasing green what I assume to be puss. Pretty sure it’s infected. Is this something i can take care of at home with alcohol and neosporn? Or do I need to take a trip to the doctor?

I don't recommend picking your mole. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Moles can be removed with laser, radiowave or shave. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
