Hello and thank you for your question. You can absolutely use Latisse and continue to use post a lash lift. I would recommend to refrain from use 24-48 hours pre/post your lash lift, to avoid eye irritation. It will only enhance your results. I would recommend seeking advice from a board certified dermatologist in your area, to make sure that you are a suitable candidate for Latisse. Latisse is used at the base of the hair where the follicles are so yes you can if you are unhappy and want more results.  Best, Dr. Emer.
