DD cup size in general would benefit from a reduction. Did you want a breast augmentation at that size? Kenneth Hughes, MD Hughes breast augmentation Los Angeles, CA
Dear Hannah, Thank you for your inquiry. Based on the information you have provided, it seems that you exhibit a fairly high BMI unless you are super muscular. At this age, I would advise you to consider loosing weight to reach a BMI of about 25 and then reassess the situation of the gap between your breasts as well as the 44DD size you have now. If none of this helps and you managed to stabilize your weight for a BMI of 25 or less, then considering a breast reduction may be a solution. I hope this helps and the best of luck to you. seems like you have very large and heavy breasts. Your weight is also a little on the heavier side although you are very tall. you will benefit from a reduction and weight loss.
While it would require a physical examination to fully answer the question, your issue does have a resolution. Before offering any surgery, I would need to know if your height and weight are stable and unchanging. Weight loss is always an excellent suggestion, but unlikely to solve your problem. It sounds like you quite simply need breast reduction surgery for both comfort and cosmetic reasons. If your height and weight are stable, and the breast is a significant burden, then age becomes less important by about 16. Often breast reduction surgery results in patients more easily pursuing weight loss and excercise in the future. Lastly, most surgical techniques do not eliminate your ability to breast feed in the future. Good Luck
Thank you for the question. Without direct examination or viewing pictures it is not possible to give you precise advice. However, based on the description of your body type and breast size, you may benefit from breast surgery at some point. Whether this operation is a breast reduction or breast lift will depend on your examination and goals. Of course, you will be best served achieving a long-term stable weight prior to proceeding with any type of breast surgery. Best wishes.
This can be a completely normal appearance, not in need of correction. What if anything can be done would depend upon findings at an in person consultation. At your current size, and manipulation could bear unnecessary risks. It is not likely that a surgeon would offer surgery until you are at the age of consent, 18. Best wishes.
Great question! The armpit or trans-axillary incision's main advantage is that it is hidden in the armpit, far from the breast and not visible even without clothing. The distance from the pocket is an issue so only saline implants rather than pre-filled silicone implants are...
It will take several months for the swelling to go down and the tissue to stretch. It appears that you have some bruising indicating that there may have been some bleeding in the pocket after surgery. This will also make you more swollen for a longer period of time. I would continue to fo...
Thank you for your question. You would be a good candidate for breast lift surgery (mastopexy). I do a Circumvertical incision breast lift most commonly, which means that you would have a vertical scar down from the areola (nipple-areolar complex) to the inframammary fold. You can read more ab...
