What is the Botox dose range for the latissimus dorsi muscle when treating focal spasticity of this muscle?

And what determines if a person needs the lower end or higher end of that range? Does this depend on a person's size or does it depend on how tight the muscle is clenching or does it depend on the condition (ie. MS, CP, stroke etc) or is it none of these ?

Not long enough to know the full effect. After 2 wks, you'll know. Does look pretty good so far. If you find there's a particular indentation that Botox cannot correct, then simply getting a small amount of filler in that area would do the trick.
