How to get rid of this vertical line on one side of nose?

It’s this vertical line or bulge on the side of my nose. Mostly noticeable when I’m smiling. It’s always been there a little, but seems to be deepening with age, and gets more noticeable when I’m tired. The closest I can find online is “bunny lines” - but it doesn’t seem to be the same thing since it’s a vertical line, and only on one side. I’ve been using an electrocurrent “erase” setting to relax the muscle, but not really noticing results. What *is* this and how can I lessen it?
