Picosecond lasers include PicoSure, PicoWay and EnLighten. They are ideally used for tattoos and some for hyperpigmentation of skin aging.Fine vessels and telangiectasias are best addressed with intense pulse light technology or pulse dye lasers.

The pulse duration is too short to effectively treat fine capillary vessels on the face.  You are much better off being treated with a short-pulse intense pulsed light (IPL) or a pulsed dye laser (PDL).  Both of these treatments are extremely effective.
