BR 3 months post op, ITCHY ITCHY INCISIONS! Why? (Photo)

I'm 18, 5'6 and 145lbs. I had a breast reduction in January 2014. I went from a 34HH to a 36DD. Two weeks ago, I went for a follow up appointment, and my doctor had told me that my incisions were very wide and lumpy. He injected steroids on in three different parts of the incisions. Recently the incisions have been much more irritated, very itchy! Today I noticed that there was a red spot above my incision, and when i pressed on it, it spread that itchy irritated feeling through my breast.
