Is it normal for a tiny pin sized hole to form after a healing wound?

I had a cyst removed a few months ago. I went to a dermatologist and she closed it with dissolvable stitches inside and regular stitches outside. I had my top stitches removed and it looked like it closed nicely but yesterday I noticed swelling and some drainage coming out. BUT I noticed a small pin sized hole next to the initial incision line. What does this mean? There are no signs of infection and very minimal drainage. Im worried and can't see my doctor for another few days.
