Will describe patch work with enlighten laser(picosure) & will it work as a full session each consecutive pass?

The describe patch made to allow multiple passes on ink, does it work with the enlighten on all colors and all wavelenghts? also i heard of the r20 method but head that this method does not work as a full session each pass. i heard 3 passes with the r20 is similar to approximately 1.5 passes. is this the case with the patch? or would 3 passes with the patch equal 3 sessions?

Thank you for your question.  The PFD patch may be used with any qswitched or picosecond laser to enhance the safety and efficacy of laser-assisted tattoo removal.  It may be used with both the Enlighten and Picosure lasers as well as all other brands of tattoo removal lasers.  Best of luck.

The Picosure is the first pico laser and is somewhat underpowered for pico wavelengths in my opinion.  I prefer Piq04, Enlighten, or Quanta lasers for this purpose.  R20 method is basically waiting for 20 minutes versus R0 is waiting 0 minutes.  The R20 method is controversial since it can lead to poor scarring. The PFD patch (R0 method) is less controversial and allows for patients to have a jump start to their tattoo removal journey.  Best Dr. Anil Shah
