Is VLine surgery invasive and dangerous?

VLine surgery is safe and can sometimes be invasive depending on many factors. The simplest method to slim the jaw is by shaving the mandibular angles. In some cases, cutting guides are needed and this is more invasive. The procedure to slim the chin is called a genioplasty. It involves cutting the chin. Both these procedures can be accomplished in the office with sedation anesthesia.
