3 months post-op BBL still not looking good, arms and belly look lumpy. Will this smooth out? (photos)

i had my bbl done exactly 3 months ago and i wore my compression faja day and night for 2.5 months but my belly and arms look so lumpy. my doctor keep on asking for more compression but i dnt think that really helps anymore. my concern is, will this ever look smooth and normal again or am i going to stay like this forever? :(((
