I think my nose is fine, i do not care about the size of it so much. What I dislike is that it is a bit crooked/sagged, and I have tried to push the nosetip up with my finger a few millimeters and I think it looks really nice, I can see a big difference when i push my tip up a little bit. How do you solve this? is there any surgery for that and it's a hard thing to fix? Thanks in advance!
Answer: Nasal Tip Refinement Thank you for your inquiry! It seems that you are a good candidate for a rhinoplasty that will improve the way your nose looks to complement your facial features in a natural fashion. However, without a physical examination it is not possible to provide you with specific details. I highly recommend that you schedule a consultation with a well-experienced surgeon. It is important to mention that the finest cosmetic results in any particular case are based on a variety of factors, including: the unique anatomy of the patient, realistic expectations, a well-informed and detailed discussion with your plastic surgeon concerning the best options for you especially covering a deep understanding of the pros and cons of any given choice you will adopt. Please keep in mind that following the advice from a surgeon online who offers to tell you what to do without a physical examination covering the nature and the status of the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of each operative solution would not be in your best interest. With that in mind, it is the safest and for your best interest to find a plastic surgeon with solid experience and certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery who is ideally a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons that you will trust and be comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person. Good luck!!! Ali Sajjadian, MD FACS

Answer: Push nose tip up a bit
Certainly there are procedures called tip-plasty which can slightly raise the tip of your nose. Your best bet, of course, would be to see a board certified plastic surgeon who will be able to give you definitive advice.

Answer: Rhinoplasty to bring nose tip up a bit
A part of the rhinoplasty procedure performed helps to lift the tip. Multiple surgical techniques can be performed to elevate the tip; trimming the caudal septum including both the cartilage and membranous septum. Removal of the dorsal hump will also help elevate the tip as well. It is also important to determine if the patient has a depressor septi muscle, which would need to be released at the time of the procedure.

Answer: Pushing Up a Nasal Tip
Increasing the rotation of the nasal is a relatively straight forward procedure in the hands of an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon. Tissue is removed just above the tip which is then sutured in the proper location. During your consultation discuss the possibility of straightening your crooked nose.
