Would a nose filler be able to fix my nose how I want it? (Photos)

Based on your modified photo, it appears you have augmented your radix (the bridge of your nose above your hump).  Nonsurgical rhinoplasty could be performed to make this change.  

You appear to have a large nose with an overprojected, droopy tip, and an associated convexity of your bridge. Most of these concerns would require rhinoplasty surgery, but your computer imaging is so subtle, it's barely noticeable. In that regard, if raising your upper bridge would make you happy, you could consider a non-surgical approach. Dermal fillers are great way to touchup minor aspects of our nose.  They can help soften the transition between humps by placing volume either above or after the hump. In addition it can be used to help achieve greater symmetry if there is a slight deviation of the nose to one side or the other.I offer many people who present for rhinoplasty consultations the option of doing a nonsurgical rhinoplasty (assuming they are a good candidate) as a way to give a preview of what we can achieve surgically.One big caveat with dermal fillers, is that you cannot reduce volume of the nose, you can only add to it. If there is truly a need to reduce a portion of the nose to the desired effect, this can only be achieved with surgery.In addition if you have problems breathing in one or both nostrils, the. dermal fillers will not help you with this. This can only be corrected or improved by surgeryI would definitely consult a plastic surgeon who can do both nonsurgical and surgical nose jobs to get a more complete assessment of what your options are.
