I've done a small mock up of what I would love my nose to look Iike. I can't stand my nose. The top photos are the originals. All I've done is stretch the bridge of my nose out so I've effectively made it larger. Could filler do this for me?

In some patients, the nasal tip can be minimally raised non-surgically but this depends on how droopy your nasal tip is to begin with and how much you are looking to get it raised. Please consult with a board certified specialist who can assist you with achieving the results you seek.
