Nose is clearly crooked from the bridge not tip, will the surgery favor the bigger or smaller size? Will it effect the tip?

I like the tip of my nose and it's crooked from the bridge bone not from the tip which makes the bride shaped like a C. I breathe better from the smaller side of my nose which doesn't have a hump unlike my bigger side. If I get this surgery done under paid insurance and will it leave any noticable scar? And I know in most cases it doesn't effect the shape of your nose but I feel like in my case since it's in inevitable, what will the result most likely look like?
