I started whitening my teeth using day white. Of course I got sensitivity with my teeth and gums. The problem is now I have finished my teeth aren’t really any whiter and my gums look as if they are receding. Personally I think The trays are quite loose and I have read that you should wipe away any gel that gets on your gums but my trays cover my gums about. Any advise thanks
