Can I use Retin-A on my penis?

my penis has gained a very rough texture from dry masturbation is there anyway to fix it with retin a it's also very discolored, wrinkly and bumpy. I did some research on retin a and I know a few things about it. I have read that it can cause a lot of irritation and i'm ok with that as long as it doesn't cause more damage.
