I had acne as a teenager (now 32/female). I do not have any "ice pick" scarring. What I do have is slight "orange peel" texture, & the appearance of large pores. I am currently seeing an esthetician. She has given me a 5% BHA toner & face wash to combat the texture issue, along with some adult hormonal acne. I also use Retin-A. My question is.....are regular facials/microdermabrasion enough, or do I need to do something more aggressive (i.e dermabrasion, chemical peel, laser resurfacing)?
