Can PRP/Vampire lift restore nipple sensation after breast augmentation?

Hi. I've had breast implants for almost 3 years next month. 425cc submuscular...My breasts in some areas are numb of have little sensation including my nipple or sometimes it seems almost as if they are overly sensitive. Sometimes in the shower, the water pressure almost feels like it's cutting my nipples or even intimate nipple interaction feels painful like breastfeeding...or mostly feels like nothing much at all. What can be done?
