Specifically, it seems as if your blood does not clot very well and there may not be enough blood in you. Unfortunately, improvement likely entails more than a pill. A physician specializing in another field will likely need to be a part of the process as to how to medically optimize you. Regardless, this process will be lengthy and it should not be rushed. Preoperative tests are performed to screen and identify risky patients. Simply trying to raise or lower the number to meet the threshhold is not the point. Rather, this should be about getting whatever is causing those numbers to be abnormal corrected and to get you in the best state of health possible so that surgical risk can be minimized.
