Does this look like a normal recovery? Had a mini lift and rhinoplasty Jan 22nd, What is this, why is there discharge?

by Thursday night my ears where red, inflamed, and burning. Called Friday morning,, asked me to send pictures. He suggested I start on gentammicin. Later Friday sent pics, said I thought I was having an allergic reaction, he told me to start cortisone ointment. On Saturday pain was less, looked a bit better but still had redness, burning and yellow discharge. Sent more pics Saturday afternoon, asked if I should go to the quick doc, he said it is serum and normal wound exudate and not to worry,

Thanks for your question. I think it depends on what medications you are requiring to control the Chron's disease. Perhaps you could hold them for a few weeks after in order to promote wound healing? Your GI doctor may be able to help as well. I'd suggest meeting w/ a trusted PS near you to...
