Normal healing or necrosis? (Photos)

It looks like there are some dark spots around the nipple incision. I have feeling in both nipples. Is this normal healing or necrosis? My post op appt is in 5 days. Breast lift no implants done 4 days ago.

Weight loss that is significant (at least 5, more likely 10kg) is likely to have some effect on your breast reduction. The breasts will typically start to appear 'deflated' as the volume of fat within them reduces and the breast skin is no longer 'full'.
