11 weeks post op Brazilian butt lift, I fell down on my left cheeks down a flight of steps. Will this affect my results?

Eleven weeks after surgery, you should be ok with walking for small periods of time, so it is very unlikely that your results could be damaged by trotting for seconds.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.
