Hi there,You may want to revisit your dermatologist and have them write you a prescription for a higher percentage of HQ along with tretinoin and a vitamin c. Also sun avoidance is key along high SPF.Be consistent and patient. Best of luck....
Hi Compassionate11769, With your normal skin tone, the use of laser will have higher risk, but you can definitely try pigment laser to lighten the areas that you want to lighten. It may however take several sessions to achieve evenness of the skin tone.
I believe doing this is going to be difficult.The skin lightening creams do not penetrate that deeply. For any procedure to work it has to go into the deeper layers of the dermis. So options like Laser could be considered.It will all depend what is your aesthetic goal.
