What type of laser skin lightening and lines removal can be done on my skin type?

Based on your photos, I would suggest you are a 5 or 6 on the Fitzpatrick scale. Darker skin tones require special attention, since many lasers and other treatments are not safe or effective for these skin types. In my office, we have more than 50 laser and light devices, which allow us to customize treatments to address any skin tone. Some lasers can result in worsening of dark pigment. Your face looks a bit blotchy and first you should be placed on a dermatologist recommended skin care program followed by a treatment such as Fraxel Clear and Brilliant laser. I encourage you to find a board-certified dermatologist with extensive experience treating darker skin. Through an evaluation and discussion about your goals, your doctor should be able to devise a personalized treatment plan that meets your needs beautifully.
