2 kids 2 csections 2014 - 148lbs before pregnancy. (2015-210lbs Day I Delivered) (2016-2017 165lbs before 2nd child.) (2018-208lbs 2nd Csection) (2022- 164lbs) Idk why I haven’t lost more weight. I run 3 times a week, active daily, barely even eat hardly,eat breakfast,usually skip lunch sometimes dinner too. What can I do to get rid of this body fat. It’s so depressing. I’ve tried a at home ultrasonic cavitation device and didn’t see a difference.can’t afford surgery. Any Thing that will help me
