Wound dehiscence: when can I stop being worried my wounds will separate?

I'm 2 weeks post breast reduction, at what point can I stop worrying about the incisions opening? The incisions on my left breast opened and are covered with slough now...right side was ok until I noticed a small pustule on incision today
