8 weeks post-op now, my pre-op size was 32H and was asking my surgeon for a B. He took about 450-475 grams out of each. I like the way they look now, but from trying on bras I'm more of a 32DD or 32D. Would that keep changing? I doubt I will end up with a B like I wanted, but would a C be a possibility as end result.

It typically take 2-3 weeks for an authorization to come through. If you do not hear back from your surgeon in a another week, I would recommend calling your surgeon to make sure that the authorization has been submitted...sometimes things slip through the cracks....
We do not recommend shaving near the surgical area before surgery. Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified. I've attached a link where you can start your search.
It stands to reason that if you have large breasts, sleeping with a bra would help support them better. There's no scientific answer to your question but it's a great question. It's never been studied, so it's impossible to answer it with a yes or no question.
