Didn't neutralize a 20% peel properly. Will my skin be scarred? (Photo)

I did a 20% peel at home. It was my first one and I didn't neutralize it properly. I went to bed it was tingling still. I got up and I neutralized it again. It stopped tingling. I have some burns..did I permemently damage my skin!?
