NHS or private for Veneer replacement and color choice?

Question

I need 2 replacement veneers. I have had my ones for approx 12 years. One of them has moved slightly and there is a gap and they are not the same colour of my 2 front teeth (veneers either side) . My dentist said she could do this on the NHS - cost £198 or Private - cost £700...What I would like to know is why the price difference ? Will they be made the same way, with the same materials ? Is there a better colour choice going privately?Need some advice please ! Thankyou

Though my office is located in America, I can tell you that the smartest thing that you can do in selecting your dentist that will place your veneers, is to research your dentist by thoroughly reviewing the before and after photos of patients that have had veneers placed by the dentist that you are considering.  Dentists without before and after photos, probably do not have much experience with cosmetic cases and dentists with before and after photos probably have great experience.  As a word of wisdom, the appearance of your front teeth are very important to the appearance of your face, so please choose wisely.   Good luck and I hope this helps.
