I am a 34 year old female who has notice that they bumps by corners on mouth are getting more noticeable and they are really bothering me. Is this buccal fat or perioral mounds. Can this be fixed?

I would try HA fillers to areas of your chin first with left buccal fat very minimal removal. Might add HA fillers to other side in area of buccal to try to gain symmetry. Best ONLY in person evaluations.

If your aesthetic goal is to taper down the lower third of your face, there are a few different options. If you are looking for a more temporary, less invasive option you may consider masseter reduction with Botox. Another option would be to do a buccal fat pad removal procedure which is ideal...
