I have lump and bruising on my left cheek after buccal fat removal. Any suggestions?

I am very concerned about the results of my buccal fat removal. Two weeks ago I had them removed along with Rhinoplasty. Immediately after surgery the left cheek was VERY swollen with dark bruising. It subsided day to day but no there is a lump which feels quite sore where the buccal fat would be usually. The bruising is still bad on my lower jaw area. My cheeks are now asymmetrical. My doctor injected hormones to speed up process he said this could possibly be scar tissue.
