Should I get a buccal fat removal with my rhinoplasty? (Photo)

Question

I would like for my nose to be more defined and smaller with an angle. However, my face is quite big and I don't know if getting a rhinoplasty would compliment my face. Should I get a Buccaneers fat removal as well? Any skilled doctors with rhinoplasty in south Florida?

Very often several plastic surgery procedures could be combined in one in a safely manner. Buccal fat removal is a plastic surgery procedure that could be performed at the same time of other procedures of the face like nose job, neck lipo, etc. Patents scheduled for rhinoplasty interested in buccal fat removal should ask their surgeons if it ok to do both at the same time.

Thanks for sharing. Rhinoplasty and Buccal fat pad reduction can be performed together. Speak with your surgeon to see if you are a candidate for fat pad reduction.  It is difficult for me to tell from the photos.  An in person exam is warranted.

It is certainly reasonable for you to receive both procedures at the same time.  A buccal fat pad removal will give you a more chiseled look.
