The actual dent portion of it feels like nothing is under the skin- no fat, like an empty space. My mom tells me when I was a baby I received a lot of injections in my buttock and when they ran out of area to inject, they moved to my left thigh, failing to massage the muscle afterwards. It doesn't hurt in any way, it just cosmetically not very appealing. Is there a way I can get rid of this dent permanently so that the thigh looks smooth/ normal? What is the least invasive method?
