I am looking for advice please, i know it's difficult without examination but based on my photos does it appear like i could have had a seroma/hematoma after my breast aug? I was in excruciating pain straight after my surgery, i was very swollen but it decreased day 3, on day 5 the swelling returned badly but only on one side, both breasts very hot to touch and severe pain continued, bandages were removed on day 7 by a nurse but replaced as i had blistering, could this be a complication?

Hi There.  Thank you for your question and photos.  You have swelling on both sides but more on the right.  I would recommend that you contact your surgeon to have an urgent review,  Good luck,

It would be hard to determine a seroma based solely on photos. What you are experiencing may just be swelling which is normal at this point in time. Your best course of action would be to schedule an appointment with your surgeon for an in-person examination.

Yes, you do have more swelling on one side which could be a hematoma or seroma. Please call your surgeon's office and asked to be seen today.
