Will massage help fixing the dents and with the overall shape after BBL? (photo)

5 weeks ago I had a BBL done.From the very beginning my butt looked deformed and dented.I posted a question here with my concerns,now the initial swelling is gone and it still looks dented and crooked.I still sit on BBL pillow most of the time.My PS suggested massage to help fix the irregularities.So far I don't think it's helping.Do you think that I'm gonna need a revision or could massage be actually helpful shifting the transferred fat?I'm really stressed over this whole thing.Thank you!
