I have pores and acne scars after using Retin-A, what can help reduce the look of them?

Sep 17 Derm gave me Retin A 0.05 for acne oily prone skin. What can reverse what Retin A gas done to my pores be acne scars? What type of scarring do I have and what pore size do I have? What skincare is most suitable and what treatment will be most effective for my pores and scars? Please help

Thanks for your question.  Using the retinoids, such as retin-a, is useful for reducing fine lines and wrinkles over time, improving superficial acne, and improving the appearance of pores and scars.   But it must be used carefully and not too aggressively so you don't dry out too much...
