Cyst on butt cheek - what could it be and how to remove it? (Photo)

It's round, about half an inch in size, and quite raised. Very soft, smooth, and squishy to the touch. Considering the location, I was thinking it's a genital wart, but it doesn't resemble the examples I've looked up on google images. What could this be, any what might be the best method of removal?
