If I have a cyst in my breast drained with it needle, can it rupture the implant?

I had breast implant, 20 years ago, Now I discovered a lump in my breast , it turned out that it’s cyst, the doctor said that they leave it without any further action, and it’s normal to have it, my question is if I request to drain it with a needle is that can rupture the implant?
