Is it a sebaceous cyst or a lipoma? (Photo)

I am enclosing three pictures herewith.Is it a lipoma or a sebaceous cyst?It is of skin colour.It is from past 16 years on my scrotum.No discharge of any type nor it has any opening.Firm to touch and inside material is muscle.No problem!But I want to make sure whether it is a lipoma or a sebaceous cyst.I just want treatment online.I earlier consulted but some doctors said it is a lipoma and some doctors said it is a sebaceous cyst.Or is it scrotul nodule?

Sebaceous Cyst: Typically, these are slow-growing, non-cancerous bumps beneath the skin that are filled with a white, oily substance. They often have a central opening or pore, although it might not always be visible. Sebaceous cysts can occur anywhere on the body, including the scrotum, and are usually firm to the touch.

Lipoma: This is a benign tumor composed of fatty tissue. Lipomas are usually soft, movable, and located just under the skin. They generally do not have an opening and are painless.

Scrotal Nodule: This term can refer to any lump or bump on the scrotum, which might include cysts, lipomas, or other types of growths.

Given that your lesion is firm, skin-colored, and has been present for 16 years without any discharge or opening, it could be either a lipoma or a sebaceous cyst. However, the lack of a central pore and the firmness might slightly favor a lipoma.
