Is it possible to surgically remove silicone filler from nose?

Hi. I'm sorry to hear you had silicone injected as filler into your nose. This is unfortunately very common, and I remove silicone from the nose or face at least once a week. If the silicone is in the nose and has not spread, it can be removed through a rhinoplasty incision under the tip of the nose. The sooner you remove this product, the better because silicone migration is a huge problem that could lead to you needing a full facelift to remove migrated product. Over time, scar tissue worsens and gets harder and harder, making granulomas painful, more noticeable, and more difficult to remove. If you only got these injections 6 months ago, you should have excellent results and will heal up very well.

Absolutely, we can remove silicone from the nose. I have performed this surgery many times and this has yielded good longterm results. It is far more complicated than a traditional rhinoplasty and requires expertise.
