Kojic Acid, Hydroquinone, Tretinoin .025% Hyaluronic Acid, Retinol Serum, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Subscision, etc don't help get rid of hyyperpigmentation or the appearance of the scar. It's a 1cm x 0.5 cm hyperpigmented atropic boxcar scar on and under labiomental crease. I was just in the sun so the appearence is more distinct. I was recently recommended Plato's Scar Serum and Melrase AM and PM. Will they help? Willing to travel for surgey if need be. Just need help.
